Diamond Sisters

Those familiar with sororities and fraternities may have heard of the concept of having a "Big" and "Little" in their organization. In Alpha Delta Pi, new members (Alpha members) are paired with an initiated Delta member who becomes their Diamond Sister. The goal of the Diamond Sister Program is to support building a one-on-one relationship between an Alpha member and a Delta member. Diamond Sisters serve as both resources and role models to the Alpha members during the pre-initiation period and throughout their collegiate experience.

 

The bond of Diamond Sisters will last a life-time and truly enrich a member's experience in Alpha Delta Pi. In many cases, Diamond Sisters end up becoming best friends, bridesmaids, and lifelong friends!
